Good point about about the user/client only responding to your questions. Having a signed-off list of goals will help cover you from ny liability there, but i guess it doesn&#039;t really stop the client from feeling a bit underwhelmed in terms of your ability to recommend or anticipate certain functionality or whatever that might have benefited their company.
