    I’ve watched this video too. The best part is when the 2nd girl pops up out of nowhere. Any Project Manager watching this movie will be able to easily relate.

    The user/client will respond to your questions, and nothing more. This is the main reason of scope creep, the project is somewhere in the middle, and the client feels that there are lots of requirements that were never scoped. The normal STOP sign ends up eventually being a hideous/unreadable PINK/BLUE with pictures. Take a look at this excellent series of articles on Scope Creep.

    yeah that is bloody funny where she just appears at the table.

    Good point about about the user/client only responding to your questions. Having a signed-off list of goals will help cover you from ny liability there, but i guess it doesn’t really stop the client from feeling a bit underwhelmed in terms of your ability to recommend or anticipate certain functionality or whatever that might have benefited their company.
